For Apartments.biz, I developed the content strategy for the launch of Rental Tools promotion in the Spring of 2020. 

Rental Tools is a suite of tools that allows landlords and property owners to conduct all business online, including listing properties, receiving applications, screening applicants, generating leases and collecting payments. 

I wrote the social media content for April posts and worked with an Art Director to concept and write original assets in support of this campaign.
